Our team is the heart of our business. Led by Martyn and Andrew, we have seasoned domestic sales staff, a dedicated contracts manager, and skilled fitters who are not just employees but represent our commitment to quality.

Based at our Highbridge showroom, Martyn has a hands on approach to managing the overall operations of the business. He is just as happy advising trade or retail customers as he is training the staff to grow their flooring knowledge & experience.

Andy is often found at our Burnham-on-Sea showroom and manages the retail side of the business including visiting customers in their homes to survey and price installations of carpet, LVT, natural flooring and vinyl. With over 38 years of fitting and training knowledge, Andy can offer a vast amount of product knowledge to help customers make informed choices on their flooring needs.

With 37 years of experience in the flooring trade, Steve manages and prices all new and existing building site projects. He is based at our Highbridge site and works closely with clients and site surveyors to ensure all site jobs run smoothly and on time.

Pete manages our Burnham-on-Sea showroom and is always available to support and guide customers through their flooring choices. Pete is responsible for material ordering and arranging floor installations. He is the first point of call when enquiring about any installation queries or updates.

Invoice and account queries are dealt with by Michelle along with HR. Michelle also works as a Samaritan volunteer and supports other charities so always has a listening ear.

Andy organises our Highbridge warehouse and co-ordinates the deliveries to ensure that all materials arrived on time and are correct. This is incredibly important work to safeguard the smooth running of the flooring installations at our building sites as well as residential homes.
